Fees
The fees for one-on-one sessions with Briony are:

Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $100
Follow-up visits (30 minutes): $85

Exceptions:

There are specific fee schedules for Extracorporeal (Radial) Shock Wave Therapy and Orthotics prescription.

​There is a reduced rate for people with coverage through ICBC or MSP premium.

Billing
MSP coverage:
Physiotherapy is not generally covered by MSP. The exception is if you qualify for MSP premium assistance (for households with low income). This usually partially covers 10 sessions total per year of any service like physiotherapy, massage, or chiropractic. You will still be responsible for paying an additional user fee for your appointments. You can call Lisa at Bodyworx to see if you qualify 250-339-5540.

ICBC patients
If you have physiotherapy coverage through ICBC, we can submit billings to ICBC directly. There is an additional user fee that you will need to pay at the time of your appointment. WorkSafe (WSBC) patients
Briony does not currently treat patients through WSBC claims.
​
Direct billing for private health insurance companies
Direct billing is not currently offered. Most health insurance plans cover physiotherapy - check with your company to ensure coverage. Briony is a Registered Physiotherapist, in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia. You can submit your physiotherapy receipt directly to your insurance company to be reimbursed for your treatment. Some plans require a doctor's prescription.
